Cycling paths and mountain adventures are right outside your door! Only 3 minutes from the B&B, you’ll find Forer Bike, where you can rent bikes of all kinds, and the bike path starts right from the village in both valley directions.
The ski bus stops directly in front of the house, and the ski resorts Speikboden (3.5 km), Klausberg (9.8 km), and Kronplatz (14 km) are quickly accessible. Perfect conditions for cross-country skiing can be found in M\u00fchlwald, Rein in Taufers, Wei\u00dfenbach, or Kasern. Ski tours are also available throughout the Ahrntal Valley. <\/p>\n

Sport and movement have shaped my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I competed in competitive sports and spent many years as part of the Italian national team in cross-country mountain biking. With five Italian championship titles and participation in European and World Championships, I had the chance to celebrate unforgettable successes. At the same time, I studied law and completed numerous certifications \u2013 as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, sauna master, MTB guide, and massage therapist. Eventually, I found my way into the hospitality industry with a focus on sports, where I can combine my passion for movement and people. <\/p>\n

Today, I\u2019m a proud mom and have been running ultratrails professionally for about three years. I\u2019m a fresh air fanatic through and through and love spending hours in the mountains \u2013 whether running, hiking, or cycling. Most of all, I love sharing this passion with like-minded people who also enjoy being active outdoors. Whether fast, slow, or on two wheels \u2013 what matters is the joy of movement in nature. <\/p>\n
