The private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer has everything you need. Some rooms are carpeted, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere, while others are allergy-friendly with wooden floors.
Out of respect for the environment, we clean the rooms and change the towels every 3 days. However, if you’d like fresh towels or daily cleaning, just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.

At the Öboluckna Bed & Breakfast, breakfast emphasizes freshness and local products. Most ingredients come directly from the valley or local farms – for example, the fruit and vegetables come from a farm in Gsies. Our partner Caroma Coffee provides a delicious cup of coffee with an incomparable aroma.
If you’re vegan, you won’t miss out on anything. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll prepare a breakfast with high-quality plant-based ingredients for you.

Pets:
As much as I like animals – I ask for your understanding that it is unfortunately not possible to bring dogs (and other pets) to our accommodation. Thank you for your understanding!
Deposit:
To confirm your booking, we ask for a 30% deposit. The remaining amount can be paid in advance by bank transfer or on-site in cash or by card.
Cancellations are free up to 4 weeks before arrival.
Not included:
Tourist tax: €2.80/day for guests aged 14 and older

If nobody from the house is there, you will find the key and a short description directly at the entrance to the house – so you can check in yourself in a relaxed manner. And don’t worry: If you have any questions or anything is unclear, you can of course contact us by phone at any time.
